This was a unique and really very delicious dining experience. Meals and desserts are primarily cooked (Flambe) table side as the name would suggest. We had the chateaubriand special (not cooked Flambe) @ it was spectacular, cherries w/chocolate for dessert was also delish. I would gladly go back.

Two things of note: as of June 2019 they do not have a liquor license so you are allowed to bring your own wine, which I thought was a huge plus. Also because many items are cooked Flambe it can get a bit smoky, I have super sensitive eyes and by the end of the evening they were sore...that would not stop me from returning; but, it could be a deterrent for some.

This place is amazing!! Don't let the exterior fool you. It's decorated inside with beautiful antiques and lots of artwork (for sale).  The food is TOTALLY amazing and the owner and staff are superb and very personable! The food is super fresh and it's prepared right in front of you. The Chateaubriand Oscar for 2 was to die for.... Hardly needed a knife to cut into it.  The grilled Wahoo was very tasty topped with lump crab meat and grilled shrimp.  The Cherries After Dark is a perfect ending to the perfect meal served here. I'll definitely be back!  P.S. it was my birthday celebration so the owner added a candle to my dessert...

we went to dinner there tonight and it was pretty amazing. Had no idea we had such a fancy steak restaurant with flambe in the middle of fort Walton Beach. Highly recommend. Make sure you go on a date because it's a 2-hour presentation with wonderful stories from David.

A truly unique and unforgettable dining experience. Fine dining in a casual yet sophisticated setting make this the perfect place for that special occasion or a delightful evening with friends and family. Chef David is a true renaissance man with an interesting story and a passion for fine art and hand crafted cuisine.
Caution...If you're looking for a fast, cheap or predictable dinner look elsewhere. Reservations are highly recommended and be sure to order from the traditional hot dessert menu, prepared tableside.

Newly opened, this is an awesome little gem.
You'd never expect fine dining on racetrack but here it is. David and Thomas have a tremendous amount of experience between them and it shows in the food and the atmosphere. So the premise is Flambe cooking (if you are not familiar think upscale Benihana type show but without the crowd or flying shrimp) which is to say everything cooked in a fry pan in front of you then flamed and finished with a liquor of a type that fits the meal.

The wife had steak diane, I had roasted duck with smoked cherries, both finished with truffle potatoes and asparagus. For dessert an in house creation of pears poached in a pear liquor over icecream all served in mid century glass wear. Why midcentury glass wear? Because that's the other half of the enjoyment. David is a former gallery owner and has a beautiful collection of art (for sale) that he's happy to take the time to educate you on. Theres a small gallery in the rear that we purused while the salads were prepared. Then we sipped our wine (BYOB) and watched the meal take shape. I'm seriously not doing this justice, check the photos they'll show you all you need to know. Then do yourself a favor and make a reservation.
